[VisCom] FW: OSGeo proposal?

I think it's good too. Only two things that came to mind: the web-
friendliness idea that Jason brought, and I'm wondering where the
'official' logo stands in all this. We are just talking about
refinements, right? Or are we going to consider significant changes
to our logo so far.
These are just questions for more discussion if/when the contractor
starts to work for us.
+1 - I give two thumbs up to the proposal.
