[Viscom-dev] GIS Evolutions conference: 27, 28 March

This has sat in my mailbox for a few days, waiting for someone to reply
to it -- no luck so far.  :-(

Arnulf, can you speak to what our Official Procedure should be when we
receive such a suggestion?  Can we just go ahead and bill Cameron's
credit card for the show at this point..?   :-)
