I will most likely be interested in attending (I presented last year and
helped host Steve L who gave a keynote there). I am more than happy to
represent OSGeo if Viscom thinks it wise ;-)

Subject: [VisCom] Oregon URISA "GIS In Action 2007" Conference
Folks,
The Oregon and Southwest Washington URISA chapter is holding it's annual
conference April 17/18 and plans to have open source technologies track.
They are interested in having a presenter from OSGeo.
This is the same group that is behind the Kids GIS project involving
Andy Moresell, built on MapGuide OS. I presume Andy will be there.
The conference page is at:
http://www.orurisa.org/events/gisinact/2007event/index.html
The contact is Brandt Melick (cc:ed above). I get the impression that
a free pass for the conference would be available to a presenter.
I shall leave this in Viscom's hands to see if they can find someone who
would like to attend.
Best regards,
