[VisCom] Geospatial Events calendar?

Hi,

Brochures: If we expect 300-400 then My advice would be to only do
100-150 of each; the thinking is that if you run out, then you have
talked to the interested party anyway and you get their details - it
gives you a reason to maintain the relationahip and followup the
contact.

T-shirts: I will check whether we can get something done. Is it real bad
if we resort to iron-ons as a once-off for the short-notice? Should I
consider Polos? If I can get them embroidered in the future is that
acceptable? I'm thinking of pricing up the options anyway. Are OSGeo
baseball hats de rigeur?

You may have seen Pieter's posting regarding $s for support. We are
prosecuting that.

Cheers

I'm sorry I'm not following this thread closely -- I'm really busy
preparing a presentation entitled "Open Source Licensing 101"... :-(

HOWEVER, I still do plan to have a VisCom mtg on Friday to try and clear
the decks of the Event plans for '07...
