[Marketing] OSGeo and Sponsor co-branding

One challenge here is to not have co-branding with non-sponsors compete with
the benefits of being an OSGeo sponsor (a la http://osgeo.org/sponsorship).
And the other challenge is to help make OSGeo sponsors' co-branding get the
biggest bang for their buck - which I think we can improve on.
