I am forwarding your message to our marketing committee
who may be able to put you in contact with someone who
could present on open source software.  I am also cc:ing Tim
Schaub who I presume is in the NYC area.  Where will the
conference be in New York State?

Generally we can only pursue something like this if we find
a volunteer interested in taking it on.
