[Marketing] No cost FOSS4G registration with sponsorship?

Marketers,

     I think that in the past, the idea of a complimentary FOSS4G pass for OSGEO sponsors has been considered.  I think that is a great idea and would be highly successful in that it could bring in funds and even if not a great fundraiser (it could be a wash since putting on a conference is not without expense); increase conference attendance and thus let more people learn about OSGEO.  

    More directly to my potential benefit, will that be an option this year?  About how much would be the amount required?  Does sponsorship have to be to OSGEO or can it be to an OSGEO project?

    At some point (when I have more available time), I would like to join the marketing committee since I have a few fundraising ideas.  However, copyediting the journal seems to keep me plenty busy currently.
