Maning,
I'm comfortable with the amount being requested ($US403). However, as 
advice from someone who has attended conference stands, I suggest that 
you only have one banner. The reason is that if you need to fly/taxi/bus 
to a conference, then it is much easier if you only have one stand. And 
one stand still provides a professional image.
With the extra budget that you save, you may wish to purchase other 
items, such as shirts, or LiveDVDs.
However, I will leave you to make the final decision. Let me know your 
thoughts before we put it to the marketing committee for a vote.
