[Marketing] MOTION: Fund exhibition pack for OSGeo.nl

I declare this motion passed, with positive votes from:
Myself, Arnulf, Jeroen, Jo, Daniel (OSGeo Treasurer), Alex, Nick.
Daniel, can you please proceed with payment of the $US460, which equates
to ~ the 346,71 Euro requested.
Thanks Willy for prompting completion of this motion, and I apologise
for forgetting to close off the motion myself.
