[Marketing] motion: marketing committee chair

To keep up with current events I would like to make two motions:

- MOT1: Thanks Cameron for his service (thank you) as Marketting chair

- MOT2: Accept Marc Vloeman's offer volunteer for this role - and nominate
him for this position.
