[Marketing] foss4gna starter pack

Just wanted to formally ask on the marketing channel for a "Exhibition
Pack" (or "Starter Kit" <https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Exhibition_Pack>)
foss4gna ... which starts Monday.

There are also a couple of conference passes associated with the exhibit
space - is it too late to reach out for a local volunteer who would be
willing to attend the event on our behalf?
