The "random catchup on sponsorship" produced a number of good ideas, how do
we go from discussion to action?

Ian is able to adjust what is shown on the home page, and how often:
- Do make a motion on the webcomm mailing list? or
- Should I make a motion here for the marketing committee to vote on?
