Benoit,
To avoid any future issues with copyright, would you mind making a 
public statement on one of the osgeo email lists, such as this marketing 
lists, with a statement such as:

"I hearby donate copyright of the OSGeo Seal Design, which I personally 
created, to the OSGeo foundation".

Benoit, I suspect that you might also have access to subversion, using 
your osgeo user id and password that you use for the wiki. If not, Alex 
might be able to set it up for you. If you can't work it out, then I'd 
be happy commit your seal into subversion once copyright is clarified.

I suggest putting the seal into the OSGeo logo directories, using 
various sizes, copying the directory structure as used for the different 
logo variants:
