While i warmly welcome Jody and Marc in the Committee, i am surprised by
the lack of reaction or our committee members.
Before pushing motions and nominating a new chair, we should first ensure
that we have enough active voting members IMHO.
I suggest we may postpone this motion in order to first 'upgrade'
memberships  and hopefully get a descent 'quorum' anytime.
