[Marketing] Irish Symposium: Request for Materials

Hi list,

Final preparations are underway for the first OSGeo Irish Chapter event 
(see https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Ireland/Symposium2017 ) at the end of May.
We were wondering if OSGeo could supply any materials we can distribute 
at the event?
We'd like to apply for a Exhibition Pack if possible - 
https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Exhibition_Pack - are these still available?
We plan on a minimum of 30 attendees. Ideally we'd like to distribute 
OSGeo-Live on USB keys. If these aren't available in the pack we could 
look at trying to arrange these ourselves.
