A good standoff, we do not want to be in the way if all the other good
things ... but we are one of the good things!

Three options:
- I like the idea of running currently with the workshops, running the same
1 hour workshop repeatedly during the day as a "drop-in". Downside is not
many people will be at the conference yet.
- I like the idea of running concurrently with code-sprint (visiting each
project team), but once again most people will of gone home
- I am not sure how to effectively do something concurrently with the
conference:
  a) I like the idea of taking two BOF slots for drop-in website bootcamp -
but it is hard to compete with BOF+drinking activities
  b) Doing the high-level update in the AGM is fine, but does not offer
hands-on
  c) need another idea here?
