[Marketing] OSGeo at OSCON 2017 -- planning, action needed

Quick feedback:

Astrid - Sara is a volunteer that was roped into this. She has been very
clear about her availability. She was not really asking about what material
to print, she was asking you to print the material and send it to her.  I
have asked in the board meeting, Michael is able to make the order directly
using the OSGeo credit card you can round up what needs to be printed.

Handout feedback, will take to a seperate email.
