[Marketing] osgeo handout 2017

Thanks Astrid, i was not sure it was the write link given the goals and (c)
2006.
The revised goals are on the website here:
http://www.osgeo.org/content/foundation/about.html
Pretty much all the goals have been rewritten, for example:
* BEFORE: To award the Sol Katz award for service to the OSGeo community.
* AFTER: celebrate excellence, openness and service within the OSGeo
community.
This is because we have more than one award now.
