Maybe 3,000 stickers can be printed and distributed in bulk to local
chapter representatives at FOSS4G?  That might be the cheapest way to
distribute them around the world.  In my opinion, the more stickers
the better; anywhere someone wants to promote OSGeo is worth a
sticker.
