[Marketing] Motion on EOI

Drawing upon Jeff's extensive experience with this type of process and the
valuable input of many of you, I am happy to announce we have a
REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION
OF INTEREST FOR SELECTION OF DESIGN & WEB CONSULTING FIRM.

I therefor ask you formally to approve the attached EOI.

I am convinced that the EOI reflects the actual promotional needs of OSGeo.
With the publication of this document via our Discuss-mailinglist and
website we hope to enlist quality agencies for the next step towards a
rejuvenated brand and website.
