[Marketing] Motion on EOI passed

Herewith I happily announce that the motion on the EOI has been accepted. From the fact that it past with such large majority I conclude that Jeff et al. have done a great job in the meticulous preparation of the EOI.

According the planning, the EOI will be published via the discuss-list, website and other channels on Monday. Please, forward the EOI announcement to relevant agencies in your network.
