[Marketing] New logo release on FOSS4G Site

Hey folks,

I wanted to make sure everyone on the marketing side of the house knew that
we launched the new logo on the FOSS4G site today.

We needed the logo for our branding of the conference app and since we were
going to release the app earlier than the event we asked for permission to
also unveil it on the website.

I really like the new logo and hope that putting out this new logo on our
site will peak everyones interest in the new design work that the committee
has embarked on.

I look forward to talking to all of you in person when you make it to
Boston.
