[Marketing] OSGeo Logo at twitter - when is the time to change it?

We are doing a soft rollout of the new branding (because we are a
transparent community). So I am happy for you to update twitter when you
have time.

Not sure what to use as a background - wonder if the "crowd" shot at
foss4ge with everyone pointing could work - if you line it up so they are
all pointing at the profile picture. https://flic.kr/p/VJTkJe (perhaps flip
it horizontally first and crop?

That is a silly idea but may be fun, a better idea may just be some pretty
cartography :)
