[Marketing] FOSS4G-Europe 2017: OSGeoLive on USB stick

Yeah that is like 1/2 our marketing budget for the year; and we are going
to have a lot of expenses ordering new booth stuff.

Is there a chance the conference registration fee can cover USB stick
purchase?
