I had a go at using the branding assets for the OSGeo Live project

I know before the style guide - hopefully any terrible mistakes I made
below can provide fuel for the styling guide.

One constraint I had was making the same sized images so their layout would
be unchanged. This is the reason for the "OSGeo compass with text square
logo".
