[Marketing] OSCon 2017 booth discussion

The subject line got tangled (please don't subscribe via digest folks) so i
am breaking this out into a seperate thread.

I have asked, both Sara and Thea are available but need to confirm with
their employers before confirming. Thea will already be attending the event
and asks that we extend the extra ticket to "another volunteer". Do we know
of anyone else in the area? Sara recommended Sasha Hart (but I have not
asked for an introduction).

With respect to booth presence we have a couple of options, I do not think
it is worth throwing the rebranding schedule around. We can always use it
as a conversation opener at the event and solicit feedback.

I do not know much about OSCon, we should consider the audience before
deciding what kind of story to tell.

Finally as part of sponsorship stuff I am reviewing what we list as
benefits, so we may end up with some sponsor things to hand out in addition
to our own. It will be a good experiment.
