[Marketing] Response needed: Google SOC trying to get in touch with OSGeo

Hi folks,

At OSCON this week a Google Summer of Code rep came by the OSGeo booth, and
asked if we could please have OSGeo respond to her emails:

Per this person, Google SOC has been trying to pay OSGeo money owed since
*last* summer's program. Her contact is maryr at google.com; she says she has
been writing Michael Smith at the treasurer at osgeo email address.

To be clear I am only the messenger here: response to *me* not needed, but
to Google's SOC rep.
