[Marketing] FOSS4G-Europe 2017: OSGeoLive on USB stick

I am not sure if we handle that or osgeo live committee? What was done in
prior years ( keep in mind everyone on the marketing committee is new).

Does osgeo or a local chapter have a booth at the event?
