[Marketing] use of interactive maps and location

A number of issues around use of interactive maps, and how to handle
location (or locations), came up in this weeks meeting and in private
emails.

How to represent location (named location, lat/lon and/or region) and items
that have multiple locations such as local chapters.

* https://github.com/OSGeo/osgeo/issues/22 Bulk import service provider are
all located in "Basel, Switzerland"
* https://github.com/OSGeo/osgeo/issues/76 Location - how to handle
multi-point or polygon locations

A request that was made in early August on the GeoForAll mailing list and
not passed on:
* https://github.com/OSGeo/osgeo/issues/115 Alternate map for GeoForAll Labs

And a "help needed" for us to work on, the existing maps are not fast
enough:
* https://github.com/OSGeo/osgeo/issues/105 Tiles server performance for
map viewer

I am going to take this discussion to the marketing email list, we will
need to see what are functionality problems and what are enhancements.
