Yes Venka you mentioned it before, and we brought it up in one of the
weekly meetings but I cannot see it mentioned in the meeting notes.

As I recall this was awkward for the graphics designer; not sure why call
capitals is visually important. I guess the actions buttons and menus are
always all capitals.

I wonder if "small caps" could be used as a compromise "OSGEO" (but perhaps
that is just silly).

Aside: When we started the review I was given access to edit menus (in case
we had any site map gaps) and looking now I can see that the menu items are
indeed "OSGeo" (not "OSGEO") internally.
