[Marketing] project contributor t-shirt design and estimate request for GeoTools PMC

Thanks Alex, do you have an example of community use? I could find QGIS (
https://www.redbubble.com/shop/qgis) and some OSM graphics.

Not sure this is the right approach for us, since part of it involves
making the design available for sale.
