[Marketing] OSGeo website - Travel Grant Program

Yeah, too bad you can't make it down! I have been thinking we need a
dedicated photographer ;)

Doing up a news post sounds good, I'm treading carefully because it's a
live site. If I do a post, not sure what happens to it, I can only see 2
posts on the site. Guess I can give it a shot?
