[Marketing] Volunteer needed: Design for PIN for OSGeo booth at FOSS4G 2019

Hello Marketing-Team,

FOSS4G is coming closer and BLOC asked about a design for the Pin that 
will be placed at our OSGeo booth.

I already created a ticket for the todo:

Can someone volunteer to create the pin design? Looks like we can take 
our branding material for it.
