[Marketing] Service Provider Author role request

This is actually a new one for me, I have added the "service provider
author" roles so your osgeo user id account can create the page (please let
us know when you have a draft ready and we can review and publish).

The OSGeo userid is set up as a company, rather than an individual.
If set up as an individual I would consider you a member and give you
permission to share events, resources, news items.

So nothing wrong, just not something I have seen before.
