[Marketing] OSGeo provider role

Thanks  Jody!

I listed PDAL and PyWPS because they’re ‘things I know about, work with and
try to/have tried to help with’ - if the meaning for OSGeo purposes is
‘core/really active contributor’, then I should remove those since I really
don’t do much ‘actually helpful stuff’ right now based on circumstance.
