[Marketing] OPENGIS.ch service provider page

[Marco Bernasocchi]

Hi Marketing team,

I had completely forgotten that our service providers page was never
finished. I did that now and i'ts ready for review. The only issue I
have is that I cant get it to show that we are core contributors to qgis
and osgeo4w.
