we were looking for a 50% response by 6. November 2020. We received 
feedback from

     Astrid Emde +1 initial motion
     Enock Seth Nyamador +1
     Peter Batty +1
     Peter Mooney +1
     Adam Steer +1

     Jody Garnett
     Nicolas Bozon
     Alex Mandel
     Guido Stein

So we had 5 votes +1 so > 50 % response (9 responses expected)

LIke this the motion passed.

I will inform the FOSS4G SotM Oceania team about the outcome.
