[Marketing] request for a roll-up banner

Hi,

We're coming up to the very first FOSS4G event in Perth, Australia, as a
"local hub" of the FOSS4G SotM Oceania 2020 regional event on 20 November.
We're on track to run a really nice event, with solid support from
volunteers & sponsors, and it looks like we'll draw somewhere between 50
and 75 people from the Western Australia community.

We're keen to promote OSGeo at our event, Astrid is sending us some
stickers to hand out, and we want to let people know how they can learn
more and get involved. To make an impact, we printed a reusable roll-up
banner (photo attached) that we can use at this and other events.

I'm wondering if this is something the Marketing Committee would be
interested in reimbursing for? Cost was AUD $264 (~ USD $185).

Apologies for printing first and asking later, we were in a bit of a hurry.
If it's not in the budget, or not a funding priority that is totally OK and
understandable!
