[Marketing] OSGeo MoU - marketing committtee can review

Hello,

today I asked at the Board meeting whether it is ok if the marketing 
committee would review the MoUs.

The board was very pleased by this suggestion and would support this. We 
should report to the board before we start actions. Some of the MoUs 
need regular update.
