[Marketing] Test mail for footer.

 I am following that ticket, and cannot make sense of the instructions
provided.
It is unclear if I need to send a welcome message, the examples provided
link to a Valencia group etc...

Please go much slower and we will need very clear step by step instructions
for people to follow. This will become more important as other more active
groups transfer.
