[MDAL-Developer] Conda Package

The conda package is live : https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/mdal

BUT - despite passing all of the checks, passing review and working in the
staging environment - we seemto have a problem in prod that is preventing
the package publishing to Windows.

I will look at it sometime today

I will also push a PR to mdal with some suggested changes to the
documentation ..
