[MDAL-Developer] Conda Package

Hi Paul,

Thanks for leading on this. I have merged your PR and created a new release
https://github.com/lutraconsulting/MDAL/releases/tag/0.7.2
I am happy to be a co-maintaner of conda receipts too.
Also once we have mac/win builds working on conda, I think it would be
easier to move away from OSGeo4W and OSGeo4Mac dependencies, since they are
too heavy for such a small library, so in long-term we can replace them by
conda-deps for CI.
