Fwd: [MetaCRS] Opportunity for Sharing: Regional ESPG Code Lists

Hi all,

It is possible to create your own crs-configuration.xml (containing only those
epsg codes you're interested in). You therefore do not need the db access, or
supply it with your application. On the back side, the main config file is of course
maintained by the deegree project, which might result in a not so up-to-date
configuration, as the 'official' database.

The crs-configuration allows for supplement information like area-of-use and
version's if you're willing to insert them.
