Right, it is just a build settings/testing issue.

I presume some will want to choose between PROJ4 and CS-Map while using MapGuide so the choice will be provided at build time.

Well, I didn't emphasize PROJ.4 use by MapGuide since that will presumably
fall out of favor with the availability of CS-Map.  I presume that CS-Map
is already used by MapGuide Enterprise, and so it's roll out in MapGuide
will be trivial - is that right?
