Hugues,

The convention is for PSC members to respond with a "+1" indicating their
formal support for the motion.  I'll take your response in that light, and
take Norm's pre-support yesterday as a +1. I also neglected to say in the
motion, but I'm +1 on it as well.  I guess we often assume this of the person
making the motion.
