[MetaCRS] Adding Projection Classes to Proj4js

I submitted the code, but it is only for the spherical Earth - and I believe
it is in the current distribution.

I've also since added code to handle the Gnomonic (+gnom) projection, but
I've only tested the forward projection. Again it is spherical only.
