[MetaCRS] proj4js 1.0 RC2

For those interested in Proj4js, I've put together a second release 
candidate, which is available at 
http://trac.osgeo.org/proj4js/wiki/Download, proj4js-1.0.0-RC2.zip, as 
well as being available through the SVN.  If you install from the zip 
file, it should be a drop-in replacement from RC1.  Please try it out 
and report any errors in the Trac instance at 
http://trac.osgeo.org/proj4js/wiki

I would like to release a 1.0 final which I plan to do in 1-2 weeks if 
there are no major issues with this RC.

There were a number of minor issues closed since RC1 listed below:
