[MetaCRS] Slimming down the CS-Map distribution

Hi All,

Is there a safe way to cut down the size of the coordinate system
dictionaries that come with CS-Map by removing coordinate systems I don't
need or will never use?

I'm primarily using the MgCoordinateSystem wrapper for CS-Map, and I want to
know if I can remove coordinate systems in a way that will not affect this
wrapper's ability to enumerate and fetch coordinate system definitions.
