[MetaCRS] Reminder: Proj.4 JNI binding - should I commit?

Hello all

This is a remainder about my last week question. New Proj.4 JNI bindings are 
available - should I commit them to the Proj.4 SVN?

Java API:

Related question: what to do with the previous bindings?

1) Fix their memory leak and keep them - we would then have 2 overlapping API.
2) Deprecate or remove them (depend on how used they are).
