[MetaCRS] CsMap dictionaries updates

Hi.
What are the procedures to include missing Coordinate System in dictionaries
and informations about
convertions like shift grid files ?

Its necessary in the next release the inclusion of Coordinate System ETRS89
/ Portugal TM06 ( http://spatialreference.org/ref/epsg/3763/) and
the use of datum shift grid files for convertion:
 from Datum 73 to ETRS89
(http://www.fc.up.pt/pessoas/jagoncal/coordenadas/pt73_e89.gsb)
